Here is your reminder of Summer Festival Details:

Saturday, August 15, 2026 Loon Lake, WA
-
Arrive between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM to complete setup before the festival opens at 10:00 AM.

After 9:30 AM, vendors will move all vehicles to the designated parking space behind LLHS.

Vendor will remain open for the full duration of the event unless otherwise approved.

All products sold must be appropriate for a family-friendly community event.

All services/information shared must be appropriate for a family-friendly community event.

Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, displays, and equipment.

Food vendors must comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.

Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance. Electricity usage is not guaranteed.

LLHS reserves the right to adjust booth placement for safety or traffic flow.

LLHS may use photos or video of vendor booths for promotional purposes.

Vendors, their staff, and their representatives are prohibited from carrying or possessing firearms or any other weapons on Loon Lake Historical Society (LLHS) property or within the Summer Festival grounds, regardless of permit status, except as permitted by law for authorized law‑enforcement personnel. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco or nicotine products are not allowed inside the festival area, inside or near the Old Schoolhouse, or in any vendor booth space. Vendors and their staff must comply with all posted no‑smoking areas and may only use designated smoking areas if provided. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.
You have read, understand, and agree to the Loon Lake Historical Society (LLHS) Summer Festival Vendor Terms & Conditions and Hold Harmless Agreement.

You agree to comply with all festival rules, setup requirements, safety guidelines, and any instructions provided by LLHS staff or volunteers.

You certify that all information provided in this registration form is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You understand that failure to follow event rules may result in removal from the festival without refund.

Non-Profit Booth Details: Space is Free - you must provide your own booth, tables, etc. see above.
Business Booth Details: Payment is due before August 1st.
If you paid on the website, a receipt will be emailed.
Otherwise, here are the payment options so you can complete your registration for Summer Festival:

Payment remittance options (Pick one if you have not already paid through the website)

2. In-person at The Old Schoolhouse 4000 Colville Rd, Loon Lake, WA
Bring cash or check (or use credit/debit card with cc price) to the Old Schoolhouse on Saturday during open hours 10 AM to 4 PM May through 8/15/26 -
3. OR by arrangement - 509 233-2222 by August 1st.
Note:

A late registration fee of $15.00 will be added for payments received on or after 8/1/26

Booth space is NOT guaranteed until payment is received, has cleared bank and registration forms have been completed and submitted to LLHS. Confirmation of guaranteed booth space will be provided once all conditions have been met.

No-show in previous year will result in pre-payment option only.
