Special Event Hold Harmless Agreement:
By submitting this form, the Applicant(s), being of lawful age and representing the above organization/group agrees and covenants to indemnify and to hold harmless Loon Lake Historical Society, its officers, elected officials, board members, volunteers, and agents, from and against any and all liability claims, actions, causes of actions, demands, rights, damages, cost, loss of service, expenses, and compensations for all negligence whether active or passive arising out of or in any way connected or related to Loon Lake Summer Festival to be held on August 15, 2026 at the Loon Lake Historical Society at the Old Schoolhouse at 4000 Colville Road, Loon Lake, Washington 99148.
I understand by submitting this release that I do assume all risks and waive defendant’s negligence, including a release of heirs.
By executing this waiver as an authorized representative I am hereby binding all of my organization/group’s individuals participating in this event to this waiver and hereby assume responsibility for these individuals.
Terms & Conditions:

Vendor will arrive between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM to complete setup before the festival opens at 10:00 AM.

After 9:30 AM, vendors will move all vehicles to the designated parking space behind LLHS.

Vendor will remain open for the full duration of the event unless otherwise approved.

All products sold must be appropriate for a family-friendly community event.

All services/information shared must be appropriate for a family-friendly community event.

Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, displays, and equipment.

Food vendors must comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.

Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance. Electricity usage is not guaranteed.

LLHS reserves the right to adjust booth placement for safety or traffic flow.

LLHS may use photos or video of vendor booths for promotional purposes.

Vendors, their staff, and their representatives are prohibited from carrying or possessing firearms or any other weapons on Loon Lake Historical Society (LLHS) property or within the Summer Festival grounds, regardless of permit status, except as permitted by law for authorized law‑enforcement personnel. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco or nicotine products are not allowed inside the festival area, inside or near the Old Schoolhouse, or in any vendor booth space. Vendors and their staff must comply with all posted no‑smoking areas and may only use designated smoking areas if provided. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.
