INFORMATION ABOUT SUMMER FESTIVAL 2025

Date and times: 

Event:  8/15/2026

10:00 AM - 5 PM

Setup/Check In:  7:30 AM -9:30 AM
Cleanup:  5--6:00 PM

  • Vendor will arrive between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM to complete setup before the festival opens at 10:00 AM.

  • After 9:30 AM, vendors will move all vehicles to the designated parking space behind LLHS.  

  • Vendor will remain open for the full duration of the event unless otherwise approved.

  • All products sold must be appropriate for a family-friendly community event.

  • All services/information shared must be appropriate for a family-friendly community event.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, displays, and equipment.

  • Food vendors must comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.

  • Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance.  Electricity usage is not guaranteed.  

  • LLHS reserves the right to adjust booth placement for safety or traffic flow.

  • LLHS may use photos or video of vendor booths for promotional purposes.

  • Vendors, their staff, and their representatives are prohibited from carrying or possessing firearms or any other weapons on Loon Lake Historical Society (LLHS) property or within the Summer Festival grounds, regardless of permit status, except as permitted by law for authorized law‑enforcement personnel.  Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

  • Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco or nicotine products are not allowed inside the festival area, inside or near the Old Schoolhouse, or in any vendor booth space.   Vendors and their staff must comply with all posted no‑smoking areas and may only use designated smoking areas if provided. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.

 

A map of booth locations will be available at the event.  

 

Booth spaces will be marked on the grass with flags with booth numbers. 

Be sure to bring: 

  • Help to set up, take down & staff your booth! 

  • Information about your organization

  • Chair(s)

  • Tables, tablecloths, and display racks; an anchored awning for sun, rain & wind protection

  • A sign for your booth to encourage community to visit your booth

  • No power is available

  • Volunteer sign-up information and invitation

  • Water and snacks (there will be food trucks and vendors too!)

  • A way to accept payments (if selling)

  • Enough change on hand

  • A cash box or pouch to keep all your money and credit card slips organized & safe

  • Bags or boxes and tissue paper

  • A tent to protect you and your products

  • Chair(s)

  • Tables, tablecloths, and display racks

  • Price tags for all of your products

  • Power resource (if needed)  

  • Water and snacks (there will be food trucks and vendors too!)
